LandingKo provides data-driven services for foreigners residing in the Republic of Korea. Our platform offers various tools and information including housing information, living guides, and quiet neighborhood recommendations ("Quiet Korea") to make life in Korea more convenient and enjoyable.

To use some features of the Service, you may need to create an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must keep your account information up to date
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach

You agree to use the Service as follows:

You must not engage in the following activities:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea. The parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through negotiation.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified or severed to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LandingKo regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings regarding the Service.
